sir, but somone tell me if itr once filed the it is neccessary to file every year even if it is NIL return. in my case i file for 2001 since than no itr file but i dont received any notification from income tax deptt. Now i want to file itr for 2015. Is income tax deptt. trace my non filing of itr of previous year and raise any issue ? please solve vmy confution.
