an he filled Income tax return ?

Dear Ashutosh,
If the assessee is regular in filing his return of income, afterwards he does not file the return of income, then he needs to file the return within the time limit prescribed by the notice.
Section depends on the section under which notice received
| On or before the due date as provided under section 139(1) |
| After the due date under section 139(1 ) but before the expiry of one year from the end of relevant assessment year as per section 139(4) |
