Non filing of form112-urgent suggestion required

i wil say there wil b no issues just sign 112 from ur present employer and send it to ICAI

ya for sure u can disclose or i wil say u must disclose ur additional degrees in interview... if u dont .. then whats the benefit of doing that

Sir,are you sure,there will not be any issues.. But one of the icai official told me the above formality. Will there be any delay in my membership for late filing of form 112?

Even if i dont send form 112 can i disclose my distance degree in interview?? Pease help me

I Wil not suggest this to not to file 112, u can apply for it with condonation for delay and penatly along with.....

but not to file like many other students is not advisable from me...

i had registered for cs in feb 11 and fill the 112 in near august 12, they stil had accepted the same.. no issues .. just wrote a sorry letter for delay.... 

ICAI is not saying us not to do any other course and all... they wants us to do whatever we want but atleast prior information is there... so u can go ahead with 112..

Can you send me the format of condonation letter sir?( what you have send)

sory i dont hv now... but it must b a simple letter m attaching herewith a copy found online... its similiar to like that
