Dear members, The company has not held it's agm on the due date and also no application for extension of agm was made to roc. The balance sheet of the company is not finalized yet and the company has recieved a show cause notice for the same.
Please advice what the company should do and how to reply to the notice

As ur company is covered by many defaults. Many penalty will be levied.
As state reasons why ur company not complied with provisons but i think it will not serve any purpose relating to penalty.
I agree to Priyul. You will need to give really steady and to the point replies of the queries raised by the authorities.
