Non Delivery of PAN Card

GO PERSONALLY , WHERE U GIVE THE APPLICATION TO GET THE PAN NO.

AS IF THE COURIER CO. FAILED TO DELIVER AT DESTINATION ADDRESS

THEY HAVE TO DELIVER IT AT SOURCE ADDRESS

SO, U CAN COLLECT IT FROM OFFICE

& FURTHUR ANY PROBLEM ARISE

U CAN FILE COMPLAINT IN THEIR REGISTER/RECEPTION COMPUTER

The courier companies are d culprits, many a times they r not delivering pans sent from NSDl,UTISL to the addresses , We also had similar problems with Firstflight Couriers n BLuedart also.In your case the process is to check with NSDL whether they have received the Pan Cards back or not (If redirected).In case they have received those they will now send it by speed post (India Post), so kp track n within 2 days of despatch date contact with ur local postman or Postoffice to get them.Next if they again send it by any courier (not ordinarily done), then also contact the courier (local Office)as soon as it is despatched n tl them to hold them n u in person will pk it up

DONT WORRY.

They will send again by speed post.

and you can check thru "speed post registry no." in your local post office, they can reply you about the status of delivery of PAN cards.
