A non citizen having residential status as resident in India for AY 19-20. He does not have Aadhar as he is a not a citizen of India. How to file the Income Tax Return?

if he is resident, eliguble to obtain aadhar in india
first apply for aadhar nd link with ur itr
then file it

So a non citizen can apply for aadhar if he is a resident in India..

Aadhar is only for citizens of India.

If he is not an Indian select his respective country in the Nationality option then Aadhaar is requested to file IT returns. Aadhaar is mandate only for Indian citizens
