Noc by company to use its trademark
A company has a trademark registered in its own name. Now the company want to form its subsidiary and will allow its subsidiary to use its trademark.
Please provide the NOC to use its trademark.

simple NOC shall work where the main applicant company shall give NOC on its letter head to subsidiary company to use such trade mark.
