ABC & Co CAs were the auditors of a Company for & upto FY 2005-06.

The company approached XYZ & Co CAs to do the audit of  FY 2006-07.ABC & Co gave a No Objection Certificate to XYZ & Co. Before starting the audit,XYZ & Co had differences with the management of the Company.

The management of the Company approached PQR & Co Cas to do the audit.

Whom should PQR & Co approach for a No Objection certificate? To ABC & Co or  to XYZ & Co ?

They should consult the previous auditors, Who ever is the previous auditor. You can speak them as auditors as when they are appointed at AGM and they have accepted the appointement.

According to me it all depends on appointment of auditors ,if the company appointed XYZ & Co. as there auditors then the company have to take the NOC from XYZ & Co. otherwise NOC from ABC & Co. is sufficient for the appointment of other auditors.

According to me it all depends on appointment of auditors ,if the company appointed XYZ & Co. as there auditors then the company have to take the NOC from XYZ & Co. otherwise NOC from ABC & Co. is sufficient for the appointment of other auditors

Hi,

Any one can help me  draft letter for recently we appointed New Auditor. we need NOC letter from Old Auditor .

Old AUditor is asking for Board resolutions from company.
