NO 'TAX INVOICE' WORD

Hi,

if a GST Invoice is not contacting the word TAX INVOICE, can we avail credit??

AS PER YOUR POINT, IF THE SUPPLIER DIDN'T ADDED GST ON SAID INVOICES THEN IT IS NOT RELATED TO THE ITC CLAM UNDER GST ACT,2017.

IF THE FOLLOWING GST WERE ADDED AFTERWARDS YOU CAN AVAILS THIS INPUT TAX CREDIT ON YOUR GSTTIN NUMBER.

Gst Tax Invoice should be as per rule 46 of the CGST. rule 2017

Yes , you can ... if its isuused from Rgeistered Regular Dealer & your Address, name, GSTN is mention therein
