No returns are to be filed by the assessee.,

You can file ST-3 for period April 2012 to June 2012 using aces ST-3 Return Excel Utility.  Aces has issued new ST-3 form on 22.10.2012 for the period April 2012 to June 2012 and you can download it from aces site under download option. Right Now  only offline facility is available for filling ST-3 for above mention period.

My question was, as I have stated above, we are filling the return half yearly, not quarterly, do you really think  we shall not be questioned by the department if we are filling quarterly return instead of half yearly.

We are not a large tax payer; it’s a very small proprietorship concern.

As per Dept. instruction no. F. No. 137/22/2012-Service Tax dated 28.09.2012 you can file return only for the period 01.04.2012 to 30.06.2012. As you know w.e.f. 01.07.2012 negative list comes into force so dept. had not issued new form till date and issued above mentioned instruction that assess can file return only for the period 01.04.2012 to  30.06.2012 instead of 01.04.2012 to 30.09.2012  upto 25 Nov. 2012.

If there are more than 1 premisses code which code to use while filing return. When we log in to file service tax & click on fill 5 premisses code are available, as our service providing premisses situated at different place ...

First of all you download Excel utility  and fill data for the period Apr12-June12 only, remaining period i.e, 01-July 12 to 30-Sep-12 so fat aces.gov.in not developed any new format for doing next 3 months info.

wait for some time, Everyone also facing the same problem.

you remember it, this month 25th is the last date for 1st Qtr returns submitting in aces.gov.in.

we have filed return of 2011-12 sucessfully, but acknowledment is not coming, else one message "NO RECORDS ARE FOUND'" is coming.
