No return for appointment of cs & cfo?

Friends,

Presently we file Form 32 for appointment of CS.  However, surprisingly Section 203 of Companies Act 2013 which deals with appointment of KMPs does not provide for filing any return for appointment of CS or CFO. Draft rules on this section also seem to be silent.   How ROC will come to know whether the company has appointed CS/CFO or not?
