I had filed my returns and paid tax for last financial year, but I do not have the receipts for income . Will it cause any issue from income tax deparment?

What is the mode of income? business? salary? or any other? Whether the amount lying at hand?
Income is from business and amount has already been depoited in bank accounts
When did you deposit the cash? Amount?
