help me identify the promoters

As per Sec 2 (69) Companies Act -
Promoter includes shareholders & directors
so, all three can be promoters and it is not necessary that only shareholders will be promoters
yes they all can be promoter except a person who acting in professional capacity and give instructions to BOD.
