What sort of additional compliances (ESI, PF etc) comes into play if no. of employees increases to more than 10 for a pvt ltd company ?
A company also has to comply with Employment Exchange (compulsory notification) of vacancies) Act 1959. But I am not sure what is the minimum number of employees required to comply with this act.
