Please clearify

No need to file Salaried Income Tax Return is effective form which financial year.

If an employee has earned salary of less the 5lacs in the Financial Year 2010-11 or

F.Y. 2011-12?

for financial year starting 01-04-2011, but u have to wait some more time, board will issue some more clarifications and guidelines in this regard,

budget is just summery of rules made, machinery will issue instructions in due course keeping in view the interest of revenue.

Salary earners having an income of less than Rs 5 lakh will not have to file tax returns from this year. “Salaried people, may be up to Rs 5 lakh…they need not file the (income tax) return. The exemption from filing tax returns come into effect from the assessment year 2011-12. The decision, which will come into effect from June 1, 2011, will reduce the compliance burden on small taxpayers.

In case such a salary earner has income from other sources like dividend, interest etc. and does not want to file returns, he will have to disclose such income to his employer for tax deduction.

What if the salary earners are having income form shares then is he required to file return.

This is with effect from 1st Apr 2011 that salary earners are not required to file returns.

Yes It.s not required to filed return if a person only earn income from salary and emloyer deduct the his/her tax from source (TDS) for assessment year 2012-13

The section of the same will clear from Income Tax department after some times, as i know it is under process for pass the Section.

If we are having salary income den v r not required to file return.but if v have4 income from shares or else interest income den r v supposed 2 file return.plz clarify it guys.

if all other income is declared in form 12B, then no need to file return again, but if not then you have to file
