Hi Friends,

As we can see during the past 1 and half year, the pass percentage for chartered accountants has increased but along with many recently qualified chartered accountants are getting unemployed. In my opinion we the chartered accountants should form a union and should suggest to our president to form a special committee to ensure that qualified chartered accountants are employed. I am qualified chartered accountant who qualified on Nov 2011 attempt and I did my articles at Deloitte for 1 year. I was searching for a job for the past 7 months and yet I didnt get even now.  I need your opinion friends.

never expected from deloite articles.

Hello Friends,

The Current Industry has many jobs for CA but the problem is the pay scale, the expectation from fresh CA is higher than what the business environement is ready to pay,

for instance i am looking for a person for around 20-25K as it is what fforable at present, but CA are not  willing to join at this level.

though i understand the pay is less, but it is slow down time...not exactly recession..so you need to evaulate your expectations too accordinlgly.
