I had submitted an application for name change amendment it has been around 45 days since the submission however there is no action.
Is it true that it should have been auto approved if officer raised no objections within 15 days of submission

It's a common issue please visit concerned officer through telephonic aur personal your application would be accepted sooner if all details are uploaded correctly with correct documents ,or call at toll-free number ask them to share status of ARN OR issue tag CBIC on twitter regarding matter.👍
