I have got nil tds deduction certifiacte from one of the deductee. Now i want to file return for this nil TDS deducted transaction using etds software of NSDL. RPU version4.2. When i inset Date on which tax Deducted / Collected as 31.12.2014 the error comes as "
| T-FV-4257 No value should be provided if tax is not deducted. |
". When i removed date from this field the software shows error that this field should not be empty. How can I solve this problem?
Procedure for filing of nil TDS return /declaration for non filing of TDS statement is given below:
1. Login through your register id at www.tdscppc.gov.in
2. Go to “Statement/Payments TAB after login >then declaration for Non filing of TDS statement (as shown in the picture below).
