Nil tds & f 16 not issued

Filing of IT return after due date for the FY 2013-14,14-15. where as nil tds deducted and form 16 not issued. While online filing of IT return how to validate TDS 1 Column in IT Return, if there is nil tds deducted. IT return can be filed or not .

IT return must be filled Nil Alsooo.

My question is how to validate while filing online IT return where Form 16 not issued tds not deducted.

While filing online return TDS form 1 is to be validated, so that can be validated

While Filing ITR suppose the tds details colum should filled, but the employer not deducted any amount and the employer only filled the details to whom tds actually deducted while filing tds return. when the employee files the return with nil tds, Is the ITR will pocess or not .
