Nil sales - purchase form 2a, 2b filing

Tanuja G, I am not mistaken, it is necesary to file return even if NIL sale or purchase i.e. to file nil return !!! 

Nil 2A & 2B can be filed after loging into the DVAT website and then go to Approval forms under the heading file 2A & 2B and check the option - "file nil 2A and 2B"

How can we file the NIL return for DVAT for 2nd Qtr 2013 on wards as the Format has been changed and there is no such tab of form 2a 2b Approval

Please advice

There is new tab introduced under Original return to approve several type of annexure at same time

Sir ,There is no such tab which provides to file NIL return 2a and 2b

That’s what I said all forms you need to approve at once, To file NIL return directly go to  Return => DVAT 16 fill other required details for Nil return like owner name, designation etc etc, same in form 1, save both forms.

Then go for approval of return under Return tab, click on approve to approve all annexures at once.

Before approve please make sure to provide detail on other annexure applicable on you

EVEN  AFTER APPROVING THE ALL DETAILS MY Acknment  FOR NIL RETURN IS NOT  GENERATED.

THEIR IS ONE BLANK BOX IS APPEARING BEFORE APPROVAL,NAMING REASON..SO WHAT SHOULD I WRIGHT ON IT.

KINDLY PROVIDE MY DETAILS OF FILLING NIL RETURN

HOW TO PRINT OUT NIL D VAT 16

Also Please tell me that how we can file nil annexure 2A & 2 B.

                you go to annexure 2a & 2 b and to write 0 in evey coloum.

 to after that go to Dvat-16 & approved

Thank you Sir, but when we go to form 2A & 2B it is asking for type of Sales & Purchase & Buyers Name, Sellers Name, Tin No. Question is when we do not have any sales & Purchase how we can provide all the above detail & without these details it is not saving the details.
