nil returns since registration
what will be the consequence if only nil returns has been filed since registration date ie. feb??

If your return is Taxable return and you filled as Nill return.
Then you are liable to pay tax with interest @ 24 % p.a.
If there is no sale & purchase then no need to worry
No need to worry when there is no purchase and sales. And filed nil returns for the same.
But Gst official might ask the reason "what was purpose to take gst registration? "....
