Pls help me regarding this .

I applied for GST number and got it on January 29th, 2018.

But due to some circumstances, I am unable to start my business till now. Now all issues sorted out . I am going to run my business from next month ( September 2018 ).

Till now I have not filed nil return

Pls tell me how much do I need to pay the late fee

To avoid late fee, is it possible to cancel the previous gst number and re apply for a fresh gst number ?

For GSTR1 - how much late fee to be paid till now ?

For GST3 R , how much late fee to be paid till now ?

Pls help me .

late fees 20 RS.per day

For GSTR3B -Late fee for the month includes previous month’s late fee charged due to delay in filing of return. The calculation is [Date of Filing – (Date of Submission or Due date of Filing, whichever is later)] * 10/day (in case of nil liability)] * per Act (CGST/SGST) ,combindely ₹20/day for Nil return . hi

for GSTR1 -late fees yet not imposed .

Thank you for your response. Pls let me know how many returns ( GSTR 1 & GSTR 3B) are pending to file till now ? Total approximate penalty amount for all the pending returns ?
