Sir. if we have NIL transactions in a month is it mandatory to file NIL return and how.Thanks

Yes it is mandatory to file monthly returns.
Thanks. is it normal return GSTR1
Normally it will be GSTR-1, but for the months of July and August Form GSTR-3B is to be filed.
It is a relaxation provided by the government for 2 months.
