Are groceries like rice and floor exempt supply or nil rated

Maize, Rice, Oats etc. are food products and most of the items are commonly used for human consumption as essential commodities, Maize, Rice, Oats etc. are expected to be included in GST exemption list where in nil rate of GST is applicable.
