Dear sir please tell me if I have File Nil ITR of an Individual person then we have pay Penalty of Rs 1000
Please Suggest me

No need.we need not to pay penalty under sec 234f if you r not liable to file your returns that is income less than 2.5 lakhs and No TDS

Hello sir, If a partner in a firm drawing salary then his due date is 31st September n this year they extended till 31st October 2018 then what is the due date? In my office na 2 partners didn’t file their returns now they are gave details to us n iam article assistant

Dear Vinod Ji,
If you file nil return for the A.Y.18-19, and then revise your return then there is no penalty.

The Firm is under Tax Audit then due date is 31st October 2018. Also the Partner can be file his ITR on or before 31st October 18...

but, the firm not under tax audit then the due date is 31st August 18. Also the same to Partners...

Regarding Filing NIL IT Return and Penalty U/s 234F.

Penalty is triggered only when you are liable to file ITR but not filed within due date. So, while filing NIL return you are not liable to file ITR anyhow. So the penalty will not trigger.
