If you have receipts of that much income then you must file

Mam mismatch wali problem nahi hogi ki apka turnover gst par to nil hai aur apne itr-4 ke 8℅ column mein 10 lac kyun show kare. because yeh turnover fake hai..

I says if you have and if you get noticed then you say the reason why you don't file gst with trunover than filling Nil

If you have to show fake then it's your responsibility to file or not and how to trackel the things there's after

Ayusmita mam ji,
meri query yeh hai ki agar hamare pas gst turnover nil hai aur kisi bhi tarah ki koi income bhi nahi hai aur itr bhi loan wagairah ke purpose se file karni ho to kya itr karna possible hai.

How can you file 10 Lac income tax return if your GST turnover is Nil

If you want, you can but higher chance of notice from both departments

my another query is if my sale is 28 lac and purchase also nearest 28 lac. in this situation how we calculate net profit in balance sheet if i file itr-4
