Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether nil and exempt outward supplies, even those below a certain value, need to be declared in the HSN summary. It's recommended to include these details to aid in filing annual returns and prevent reconciliation issues. The consensus is that it's necessary to show these supplies, especially when they share HSN codes with taxable supplies, to ensure accurate reporting.
Thank but if there is taxable and exempt outward supply then is it necessary to show the value of exempted supply in HSN summary as the HSN code is same. because in case of builder if flat sold after BUC then gst is not applicable. so please guide me
