Suppose I am in Hospitality industry and there are tax invoice that have sale of room at 5 percent and 18 percent. 

 

As per the new gst reform,  can i claim itc for 18 percent tax sale ? Or is it advisable to not take itc as the 18 percent sales are only 40 percent of the total
