this statement is absolutely TRUE IN RELATION TO DECLARATION OF OUR RESULT .......

PEOPLE just keep on blaming ICAI..... ( INCLUDING me ....!!! )....
and they didn't think for a while that there might be some unavoidable reasons !!!
