NGO REGISTRATION

If You Want to Register Under Trust or Society then -  Members Photo, Aadhar Card , Pan Card,Trust Deed/Society Bylwas.

& If You Want to Register Section 8 Company Then-  Members Photo (3 Photo per member), Aadhar Card , Pan Card, Latest Bank Statement,Rent/Lease Agreement,Electrcity/Telephone Bill, MOA,AOA,Digital Signature,Mob,Email,Qualification,etc...

• Memorandum and Rules & Regulations in Duplicate duly signed by Minimum Three persons of society (Each page on bottom).(minimum Rs 200 Stamp)
• Ownership Proof of Registered Office. (Electricity Bill/Sale Deed/ GPA/Water Bill etc.)
• Residential/Office address Proof of the all members of the Society. Such as Voter ID/ Telephone Bill/ Electricity Bill/Pass Port/Driving License etc. etc.
• NOC from Owner of premises on Rs.10/- Stamp Paper.
• Affidavit from President (for Blood Relation) on Rs.10/- Stamp Paper.
• List of Desirous person should be signed by all members of the society.
• Desirous persons or the persons subscribing the name to the Memorandum should not be (in any case) less than seven. If it is proposed to give All India character to the society there must be minimum of eight different persons from different States of Indian Union to the Memorandum
• Id proof of all members (adhaar , pan photo ) and adress proof (voter card, driving licence )

Documents Required for NGO Registration

Given below are the documents required for the registration of the Non-Governmental Organisation are:

• Identity Proof (Voter ID/ Aadhar Card, etc)
•  Passport (mandatory)
•  Proof of residence ( Electricity/ Telephone/ Mobile Bill or Bank Statement).
• Registered Office Address Proof (Rent agreement if the premises is not owned by the company).
• Documents claiming the ownership such as Sale Deed or House Tax receipt along with a NOC.
• At least two shareholders
• Minimum of two directors
• Shareholders and Directors could be the same.
• There is no minimum capital required.
• Income Tax PAN (mandatory)
