NFRA Applicability
Is NFRA 1 filing applicable to Private Companies???

Unlisted private companies do not fall under the ambit of Rule 3(1) of the Rules, and therefore shall not be governed by NFRA. Further, in all cases, companies are excluded from any filing requirement.
