I have uploaded form 1 , 18 and 32 and had made payment of MOA and AOA fees and Stamp Duty.
Now from where i can keep the track of status of formation of the company.
Another query : Suppose name was approved on 18th of March,2011 and we have uploaded forms on 15th of , May,2011. Now company is not yet formed till 17th may , 2011 because of approval of papers by ROC and further steps.
So do we need to apply for extension of one month for company name as two months are over.

In my view,
The name was approved on 18th march, so you have 60 days by which Form 1 needs to be filed.
So if you have done, then no need for extension, ROC would approve the form. Its in Que.
If you want to keep track on the formation of company, view "Search Company or LLP Name " Option.
It would give you the status whether Registered or not.
