Next Step after uploading of Form 1 , MOA and AOA

In my view,

The name was approved on 18th march, so you have 60 days by which Form 1 needs to be filed.

So if you have done, then no need for extension, ROC would approve the form. Its in Que.

If you want to keep track on the formation of company, view "Search Company or LLP Name " Option.

It would give you the status whether Registered or not.

U need to track the status through "track transaction status " to know what the status as here it is mentioned what formalities are to be done for completion of same
