I think there is no change in TDS rate U/s 194 C. The rate being 2% plus SC plus, EC plus SHEC in case of contractor and 1% in case of sub contractors Plus all as above. for advertising contracts TDS rate is 1 % plus .................
TDS for technical services and Professional services has been revised from 5% + to 10 %+.
For Rents it is 20% +
Please note that whereever + is indicated it is for SC, EC and SHEC.
