notification no.22/2006-ST (for exempt service of chartered accountants) is not given in the list provided in new ST-3 utility file for July to September 2012. What notification and serial no. is to be selected for exempt service received? Provided notifications are 45/2010, 25, 27, 30, 32, 33 and 40 of 2012. Please guide.

From July 1,2012 onwards, service tax is not exempt for Chartered Accountant's services(which was earlier there for representations made to tax authorities)...Now, for exemption, you need to check Mega exemption notification....N/N 25/2012
And for SSI----33/2012...rest exemptions are related to foreign diplomatic mission, Reverse charge, etc.
