But , New Return Utility of Second Quarter i.e. July-Sept 2012, Not yet Released by ACES.

But Why to Fill in XML.
We Can Fill in Excel Later Convert it in XML Format.
& Can Upload on ACES

Does it mean we have to file three returns for this year?????
1st - For April to June Quater
2nd - For July to Sep Quater and
3rd- For Oct to Mar

I think onward All service tax return to be submitted in Quarterly basis like TDS return.
