New return form applicability

From which month new return form of GST filing is applicable ,please provide with notification if any.

As per the 39th GST Council Meeting held on 14th March 2020, the New Return System ( RET-1, RET-2, RET-3, ANX-1, ANX-2 ), Provisions of E-Invoicing, QR Code System in Invoice, was extended to October 2020.

Yes , extended to 30/09/2020 & most probably get extended further.

Yes, even e-invoicing was extended.
