Dear All,

Some of our frnds are putting comment on New regulation. I am not able to understand whats the problem in New Regulation. I bel its very good step taken by the inst in the favour of the Students. I got message from few people who want to do the protest also. I cant understand wats your problem.

NO transfer in the same city

NO transfer in the first six months and last twelve months.

Work Diary to be maintained

Declaration of training to be submitted every year.

Proper record of attendance, work done, stipend to be submitted to the institute whenever asked for.

No coaching after 9.30 a.m. and before 5.30 p.m.

Lets discuss all the point one by one

First point is related to transfer . Even i am agreed with you thats wrong because some time we need transfer i also bel inst will amend this rule very soon

2nd point related to transfer in first 6 month and last 12 month. I am highly supporting this point because in first 6 month we are doing our vouching only. If we will be get transfer again in the new firm we will do vouching only and in last 12 months we are really utilised our skill and our principle knew our skills very well, So he/she can utilise properly, if you will change the firm again you will not get quality work. (Exceptional are always)

3rd point they are talking abt Maintainance of diarly. I am wonder wats the problem in this. Its really in the favour of student even you come to know what you did and what you are suppose to do and compare with ur frnds and ask to ur principal for other areas too and continiously review yourself. Its really good step

4th point related to Proper record of attendance, work done, stipend to be submitted to the institute whenever asked for, Whats the problem in this, if you are dummy candidate than you will oppose otherwise you will never because its like a requirement nothing else.

5th and last point i say inst did partiallity with us, When we are studying still i remember my tutions was going till 10.15 to 10.30 and we are running for the office and in the evening its started from 5.00 and again we are running and most of the time we are getting difficulty in attending the tution. I said inst did the great thing for students and you guys are saying this is not good. Whats a problem. Now you guys are getting a time

You know whats the biggest problem in us, If any body do some thing good also na we always think why he is doing good for me.

Change your mentallity. If any body is hurted due to my comment i am sorry to them but think seriously and for long term watever inst is doing they are doing for better future only. Some people are syaing articleship is a problem. But brother this is the time when you learn from book you are never going to learn any thing always practicle experiance is required. I cant understand why most of the people are fearing for that

I want to add one more line. Its tuff but its really good. All good decisions have to face some tuff time but at the end of the day quality matters. Due to this decission i bel quality of the students will improve. Best Regards Amit Daga

and what about stipend  1000 permonth is suffuicent for student.If the trianee is working like this why should not we get minimum 10000per month.all the empolyee of the insititute get saturday sunday holiday and other central government holiday. And we work on these days and what we get.Our Professional Course is also not such trianing oriented.C A used us as the cheapest laobour in world saying that it is training.They forget releationship of teacher and student.A barbar also pay more to his trainee.

In other words if i put like this if inst make Rs.10 K than do u think any body will take you as a article cleark and you guys will not get articleship too. Because in 3k to 4k people will get it any person and once u become a CA you can get 40k in the begning itself.

Thatswhy instead of thinking for short term why you guys cant see long term benefit

In the event of termination, his articles shall not be registered in the same city.......................... Well, What say about this ??? is this any different from bonded labour ??? And for the rest, I believe that a dummy will always find emans and ways of doing dummy.....it is us who have to suffer............ N why doesnt te ICAI take strict steps against members who give dummy.......... Instead of the students, the ICAI should publicly print names n no's of members who have been caught giving dummy........ N why doesnt the ICAI strictly tell its members not to make students work BEYOND 35 hours a week..... This is the most flouted rule even more then dummy but all the ICAI can do is shield its members.......... Are we second class ???????

This  rule does not in any way going to affect dummy article this is us who has to suffer. ........ bcoz  already we are being exploited and even after this clause employer get the ultimate right to make us work as long as he wants, and ..... employer will also impose restriction on our tuition ................opposing him and denying to work late hour can make him angry and endanger our career

MR. Amit.The practising CA s follow institute regulations which are favourable to them and for those which are not favourable to them, They strictly ask us to follow their rules.... In many firms the auditors are teling the articles to work without watching the time. Are we their employees. We r also only students. Our studies are equally more important...Many students sometimes after joining a firm come to know the disadvantages of a firm...what bout their fate when they cant join another firm in the same city....Certain fellows in the begining of articles want ot work more and towards the end may wanna to focus on their studies. SO they may join a buig firm in the begining of their articles..and towards the end they amy go in fro a firm where they can work with leisure...Now This rule is preventing such things

There are sometimes certain dirty politics followed in many firms in which a particular apprentice is discriminated the most.i.e he may be paid lower stipend as compared to his peers when there is no diff. in their quality of work., some principals may talk friendly only to some and be rude to others on no fault of theirs,etc,etc.. even i have personally come across such worst situations...I am not against all Regulations But the one which restrict the transfer..U may have joined a firm with a nice person as ur principal but not every one...the institut says we can take credit for excess of 35hrs worked in a week....How many practisingg CAs(not generalising) are following this...If they pay us Ra.1,000, they extract work equi;laent of Rs.15000Pay from us and they may interferein our xam leaves, our leisure hours at our house or after 6.30 in the eve..what bout this?

Yar cheejo ko aaplog jitna asan samjhte ho utna asan nahi hoti hai.. and if you guys bel if u just write a mail some thing will happen than forget it nothing will happen.. Even i am agreed with you guys in some point but not all.. If i say except first point i bel in all the points Inst is correct. In first point they need to be liberal

Well i think that the training period is a part of our learning nd we shud be allowed the exposure of different types of firms so as to give us the oppurtunity to sharpen our skills in different fields will it be audit, income tax, corporate laws etc.as all firms deal in some specific areas only.Hence transfers shud be restricted but not abandoned.........also there shud be some relaxations in the minimum no. of training hours per week.........Rest all provisions are an appreciable move by the institute.
