Can a new registration be taken with the same PAN number for which registration has been cancelled under Sumoto? I think I need to take a new registration on the same PAN number now. Tell me about

You can apply for a new GST registration with the same PAN after a suo moto cancellation, but your application will be subjected to strict scrutiny.
