New Registration
I have taken a GST registration in my individual pan and the same has been cancelled by the authorities for non filing of returns, still now I have not filed the pending returns. Whether I can form a partnership firm including me as a partner and can take a new registration , will the authorities allow.

Yes you can take a new Registration but make sure all unpaid liability with old registration has been discharged
