Friends- I want to know the new simple procedure notified by CG vide its circular dt 25.July 2011. As per that the company can online applciation for approval of the CG if special resolution is passed approving the contract.
In this context, i want to know, whether anybody has filed the application after the notification (effective from Sept 2011) ?
If yes, how many days will they take for aproval? Whether it is instant (means within a aday) or the procedure is normal for all other e-forms (like some days for clarification, then reply, counter reply .......and then finally approval)
