beta income tax is same for pcc and ca final only the level of examination is different, and if u needs amendments of income tax, u eould have amend ments

this would applicable for PCC as well.....

I feel the proposed Direct Tax Code is a death kennel to savings, investments in share market and real estate.  The EET will make people not to save because the return on savings will have a reverse effect in the event of EET.  Abolition of capital gain will erode the share market and real estate martket etc. Black money will be in circulation than  white money.  The Government shall not kill the golden goose by distroying the regular earning from share and reality market.

Have a sesible thinking and make amendments in tune with the needs of public. Discussion invited.
