A company running hotels in Pune and Mumbai

 One registration under the below mentioned act would suffice or multiple registration is required since the Business is carried on in Pune and Mumbai

a) Bombay Shops and Establishments Act, 1948
b) The Maharashtra State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings & Employments Act 1975.
c) Maharasthra Taxes on Luxury Act, 1987
