Access all the composition scheme compliances under section 10 of GST act, on gst.gov.in
I don't think there is any composition scheme for builders.
There is only one scheme under main provisions
Builder is service provide so section 10 composition not applicable to service provider
As per notification 2/2019 (CT) Dr 7/3/19 composition scheme (2) is available to service provider , however turnover should be below 50 lac and should fulfil other conditions .
