General Circular No.6/2014 issued by MCA for roll out plan of various forms.... In that Table C listed out 39 forms for various purpose. In that purposes for following three forms having typographical mistake.--

1. Form DIR-5 is mentioned instead of Form DIR-6 (According to Companies Appt. & Quali. of Dir.) Rules, 2014.

2. Form DIR-7 is mentioned instead of Form DIR-11 (According to Companies Appt. & Quali. of Dir.) Rules, 2014.

3. Form DIR-8 is mentioned instead of Form DIR-12 (According to Companies Appt. & Quali. of Dir.) Rules, 2014.

Same is there in and Public Notice No.MCA21/28/2014-e-Gov issued by MCA.

MCA has come out with implementation notifiction in a great hurry. Even Rules placed on the site are not having date and signaure. Final Official Gazette for Rules is not available on the site till date. There seem to be some changes here and there. It seems they have now placd a new version of Rules on Chapter-II (Incorporation) than what was originally placed. Whether MCA is also doing back dating work? It is surprising.

It looks as though we may not be able to rely on the website information of Ministry of Corporate Affairs with the manner in which the forms are being sought to be implemented. We must always see the gazetted notification with no. and signature and then respond.
