New E-Filing IT portal Issue
Not able to file grievance through new IT Portal. Any one else facing similar issue ?

Yes...i agree i have try ITR-1 filing still i am not done..Yet
I filed grievance few days ago, now it has disappeared. Suggest wait for a week, let the portal stabilise. Grievance submitted on the old portal also disappeared .

Validated Bank Account is shown as to be prevalidated.
Yes bank account should be validated
If it's showing to prevalidate again, than you have to prevalidate for refund.
