when the new din no. forms will be available for new llp. there is one notification on mca website that revised dir- 3 will be available from June 15 but I think that is not new din form. please confirm.
The most awaited DPIN/DIN is activated by MCA. Below the link of Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Rules, 2018 https://www.mca.gov.in/Ministry/pdf/LLPAmndRule1206_13062018.pdf NOTE: DIR-3 and DIR-6 will be revised on MCA w.e.f 15th JUNE 2018.
