Any update on new Comapnies Act ? Is this act passed in both the Houses ? if yes when the new book/publications will be available, please reply.

The Bill is yet to be passed by Rajya Sabha. Books will be available only after the same is notified after being passed by Rajya Sabha.
The Companies bill is still pending for approval by Rajyasabha.
Looking at the stalemate in Parliament, one is not sure, when Rajya sabha will get the chance to pass the bill. So it will not be applicable for November 2013 Examination.
NO chance to appicable for nov,2013 exam...........
