if one person nothing do any business and job ,but he wants to file Income tax return filings first time ..
he tells I have more money in bank balance
what to do for Income tax return New but he is simply bare person having more money but not going any job ??

Only income has to be reported in ITR and not all credits in bank accounts and bank balance

Depends on his transaction in banks and source of income. In case of new assessee, it is better to consult some CA with required documents.

Just balance in bank need not be income.
