I agree. If we're prepared for the worst, we'll be relieved of pressure that becomes unsurmountable at times. It's a great psychological technique and if applied properly, can gift us with tranquility.

So true, its the hope keeping us alive, otherwise, don't know, where we would have been,
Hope it never accepts defeat though we admit our defeat, it makes wonders, because of hope, we are able to forget our sorrows,
hope for peaceful world, hope for victory of faith, hope for the day, when love vanishes the hatred in the world,
