since the form requires data as per latest audited balance sheet and books have not been audited yet so data as per previous audited balance sheet can be provided i.e, Audited data of FY 17-18.

what if the company is incorporated in FY 18-19 then no networth is available, then what to enter, the form dose not accepts zero...???
u can enter net worth as per latest unaudited balance sheet

Just enter the amount of share capital if you don't have any free reserves yet.
